SILENT AUCTION / WINE DONATIONS

We are in need of 100 different items to be auctioned off at the Fiesta. We request that each swim family procure at least one auction item. Local businesses are highly responsive when people walk into businesses in person with ideas of what you may need. We don't expect families to donate these items from their own pockets as many families will be bidding on the items at the Fiesta! 

Ideas include a fun experience (balloon rides, wine tasting, cooking experiences), a hotel stay, gift certificates to your favorite restaurant (The French Laundry is super popular!) or tickets to an event (Bottlerock anyone?). Creative items are also welcome such as dinner for 8 in your amazing backyard, knitting or painting classes, or any other talent you may have. A creative auction item will always fetch a great bid!

We are also accepting donations of wine for our Wine Cellar Raffle. We need donations of wine to fulfill this amazing prize! We will accept wine of all sizes, varietals, appellation and price points.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: Auction/Wine items can be delivered to Gretchen Brock 5 days a week at practice on deck, to the coach on deck, or by coordinating drop off with her at fiesta@napavalleyswim.com or texting at 703-969-2192.
